24hourwebsite.ca is a service of Rev Media, a trade name of BrandRev Media & Designs Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this site. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Intake details. Your name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, your answers about logo, timing and payment, and your message.
• Project content. Logos, photos and text you send us to build your site.
• Usage information. If analytics is turned on, Google Analytics collects pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. It uses cookies to do this.
• Server logs. Our host may record IP addresses and request details for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To confirm your request and build your website, logo and brand kit
• To contact you about your project, revisions and payment
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Service providers

We use FormSubmit (delivers form submissions to our inbox), Google Analytics (site statistics) and GitHub Pages (hosting). These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Cookies

The site does not need cookies to work. Google Analytics, when enabled, sets cookies such as _ga. You can block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep project information for as long as needed to deliver and support your project and for ordinary business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent. Email info@revmedia.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We limit access to the people working on your project and use reputable providers with encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
